**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Consultant to lead AI training sessions for students and professionals at colleges and educational institutions across India. This role requires a strong background in AI, teaching, and facilitation, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and a willingness to travel extensively.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design and deliver AI-focused training programs and workshops tailored to various student levels.
* Develop comprehensive training materials covering machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, and AI ethics.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with college stakeholders, faculty, and students.
* Deliver training through in-person workshops and virtual platforms.
* Travel to colleges and universities across India to conduct training sessions.
* Lead practical training with AI/ML tools (Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
* Develop assessments to evaluate participant progress and provide feedback.
* Collaborate with CSRBOX’s internal team and external partners.
**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**
* **Experience:** 3-5 years in AI/ML technologies, with a minimum of 2 years in teaching, training, and facilitation.
* **Education:** Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; advanced certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
* **Teaching Expertise:** Proven experience teaching and facilitating AI training for college students.
* **Stakeholder Management:** Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with educational institutions.
* **Technical Skills:** Strong proficiency in AI tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), data analysis, and visualization.
* **Travel:** Willingness to travel extensively across India.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* **Adaptability:** Ability to customize training content for various audiences and settings.
* **Laptop:** Must possess a personal laptop.
* **Language Proficiency:** Fluency in English.
**Salary:** 4.24 LPA to 7.2 LPA (Depending on experience and working hours)
