The candidate should be dedicated and sincere towards her/his work and should always be open to learning new things. The candidate should have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals/targets would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he serves as a member of the Vision Access Programs team and reports to Senior Lead, Program Implementation. S/he will be based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What You’ll Do

  • Consistently follow up with existing and new partners to deliver the highest levels of customer service and engagement.
  • Grow and manage VAP’s network of CSR partners. Use your creativity to find new paths, and expand existing ones, to bring eyeglasses to our target population.
  • Monitor completion of project deliverables in collaboration with program and execution teams.
  • Provide clients with timely and accurate information about project progress. Proactively communicate challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Assist the execution manager and coordinate with respective Program Manager.
  • Work closely with Program Managers and Operation Mangers in preparation of the budget for the execution of the projects.
  • Coordinating with the partner for better result.
  • Help Managers plan and allocate resources for project executions. Keep track of staffing requirements and make staffing predictions.
  • Will manage team of field staff and Increase their effectiveness and efficiency through training to improve their skills at regular intervals.
  • Maintaining data for all field staff and calculating incentives for them.
  • Preparation of daily sales report of the project into Salesforce, our customer relations management (CRM) system and share with the respective Program Manager.
  • Collect positive feedback and testimonials from satisfied partners.

Requirements

  • Master’s / Graduate degree in social work and/or related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience in implementation, relationship management, and team handling.
  • Strong execution skills, especially in the community environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills in addressing client questions promptly, managing client expectations, and resolving complaints.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, including strong presentation, budget management and negotiation skills.
  • Must meet the highest standards of ethics and personal integrity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, within India.
