Job Description:

Summary: Support to CFO in day-to-day administrative and financial and HR operations of SBIF and monitor the compliances.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, commerce graduate will be preferred.

• With a minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounts and Finance/ HR and Admin

• CSR field experience will be added advantage.

• Working knowledge of tally application will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide key support to the CFO in managing, financial operations, admin-related activities and monitoring the compliance of the various policy and put up the report    to the Management on a weekly basis and follow up for compliance with teams.

• Responsible for processing payment notes, procurements, accounts payable and receivable, updating the dashboard, and scanning and printing documents.

• Responsible for effective DAK management, including summarizing requests/ proposals received to be put up to the Screening Committee, workflow management,      and the promotion of an innovative work environment.

• Monitor activities and provide periodic reports on the fund position, dashboard updation, and preparing notes and PPT in coordination with the team members.

• Organizing and scheduling meetings with all the stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with SBI Foundation’s policies such as Finance, HR Policy, Program Management policy and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with CSR Rules, Income Tax Laws, Labour laws and various other guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Governments.

• Responsible for raising requests and coordinating with the IT Team to resolve any technical issues and raise requests to procure any equipment/ item(s).

• Responsible for ensuring all essential documents are uploaded to the cloud at regular intervals

• Updating various meeting registers and preparing minutes of the meeting.

• Track and update employment data into employee database files and complete the process of onboarding and exit formalities for employees.

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities including reconciliations of bank statements.

• Compile tax payments for filing tax on a monthly basis.

• Resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed in coordination with Chartered Accountant.

• Scanning financial documents, approvals and program-related documents on a regular basis

• Support in statutory audit or any other audit.

• Perform any other task/role assigned by the Management of the SBI Foundation.

Essential Skills and Qualities

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate excel skills

• Working knowledge of basic financial operations principles

• Excellent communication skills and writing skills
