**Job Summary:**
The Assistant Manager (Center Manager) is responsible for the effective implementation of Bright Future’s programs at the Dwarka center. This includes managing a team, engaging stakeholders, ensuring program quality, and achieving target goals. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of adolescent and youth development.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and monitor monthly program plans to meet targets and maintain quality.
* Manage and develop a team of 5+ members through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
* Plan and execute stakeholder engagement activities.
* Manage center budget, track expenses, and submit reports.
* Coordinate with employers and corporate partners for mock interviews and placements.
* Identify and engage resource persons for program needs.
* Conduct guest lectures (2 per month per program batch).
* Plan and conduct stakeholder meetings.
* Participate in recruitment and onboarding.
* Maintain center resources and utilities.
* Engage volunteers and mentors.
* Maintain program documentation and monitor progress.
* Conduct weekly team meetings to review progress.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* Graduate degree in Social Sciences or Management.
* 4 years of total experience, with 2 years managing a diverse program implementation team (5+ members) in the social sector.
* Experience with target-based projects is essential.
* Experience in education or livelihood programs and stakeholder engagement is preferred.
