Role & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing all Advertiser branded operations
- Raise estimates, collect RO / PO, generate invoices
- Mine data to see campaign effectiveness & ensure client reporting
- Coordinate with the Brand Solutions & Delivery, Sales, Social, Marketing, Video & Editorial teams to manage deliveries as per client requirements.
- Manage branded content microsites
- Coordinate with clients & their relevant teams; Follow up with clients on payments
- Effectively assist the Sales, Solutions, Delivery & Social Media Managers for their day to day client requirements
- Generate necessary business reports – sales, spends, delivery, etc.
- Manage central database for all relevant documents
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively; meticulous attention to detail.
- Very strong analytical, reporting, interpersonal communication and client facing skills
- Team player / collaborative operating style, willingness to learn is priority, ability to handle any situation patiently and effectively.
An ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience working as a Client Servicing Executive.
- Ideally having 2-5 years of work experience in the ad ops space
- Relevant experience in a Media or related organization preferred
- Proficient with Ms Excel, Presentation / Google Docs
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other Social Analytics platforms desirable
