Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager -Community Enterprise ——-> Lead – Gender & Community Enterprise
Key Deliverables:
- Responsible for managing Johar Haat, (a tribal community enterprise)
- Strategize the branding and marketing of Johar Haat to ensure the generation of profitable income for the tribal artisans and home chefs
- Ensure product development and diversification
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of Johar Haat
- Convergence with the other similar initiative of the organisation
- Responsible for the accounts and budget management of the project
- Strategic directions for the implementation of the other similar enterprises
- Internal & External stakeholder management
- Ensure legal compliance for running the enterprise
- Database management of the project and report writing
Min. Qualification: Masters in Marketing/ Brand/ Entrepreneurship Management
Min No. of years of experience: 3 Years (Three)
Technical Skill Required: – Project Management, Branding, Marketing, Product diversification
– Good drafting skills, Account management
Fluency in verbal and written Hindi & English is a must.
