Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager -Community Enterprise ——-> Lead – Gender & Community Enterprise

Key Deliverables:

  • Responsible for managing Johar Haat, (a tribal community enterprise)
  • Strategize the branding and marketing of Johar Haat to ensure the generation of profitable income for the tribal artisans and home chefs
  • Ensure product development and diversification
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of Johar Haat
  • Convergence with the other similar initiative of the organisation
  • Responsible for the accounts and budget management of the project
  • Strategic directions for the implementation of the other similar enterprises
  • Internal & External stakeholder management
  • Ensure legal compliance for running the enterprise
  • Database management of the project and report writing

Min. Qualification: Masters in Marketing/ Brand/ Entrepreneurship Management

Min No. of years of experience: 3 Years (Three)

Technical Skill Required: – Project Management, Branding, Marketing, Product diversification

– Good drafting skills, Account management

Fluency in verbal and written Hindi & English is a must.
