SBI Foundation is looking to hire an Assistant Manager – Corporate Communications who will be a part of the larger MarCom team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, creating engaging content to enhance employee advocacy within the Foundation and the Bank. The incumbent will ideate and deliver best-in-class newsletters, emails and brochures that intrinsically align with the Foundation’s advocacy and visibility efforts, under the supervision of the MarCom lead. The primary work involves email marketing, creation & dissemination of newsletters, development of brochures & posters, corporate liaisoning, & admin coordination. The Assistant Manager – Corporate Communications is expected to have an astute understanding of the development sector, sensitivity to telling stories of the communities we work with and the resilience to work on multiple projects at a time. The incumbent shall work closely with the Graphic Designer and/or agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

The person in this position will be responsible for the following:

  • Email Marketing: End-to-end creation of compelling email templates for dissemination within the Bank’s strong 2 lakh+ workforces, to enhance employee advocacy and awareness of the Foundation’s designated programs all year round. Design of communications plan & strategy, identification of innovative efficient formats including newsletters & listicles, and periodic activations and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Marketing Collateral: Work with the graphic designer and/or agencies to develop various print collateral such as banners, brochures, standees, tent cards, etc. to enhance visibility during events and key locations. • Corporate Liaisoning: Liaise with the corporate teams of all funders for various tasks such as logos, write-ups, photos, reports, bytes, dissemination of multi-media, Branch/Bank branding, etc.
  • Admin Coordination: Working with program teams for filing of awards applications & conferences, DAK Management; audit & admin coordination, maintenance of records & monthly reports; and supporting the MarCom lead at events and fieldwork.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Mass Communication, or Management/Administration (Or)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media & Communication, or Management/Administration with 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications (Or)
  • Any other Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in corporate communications
