## Job Description: Assistant Manager – Corporate Partnerships

**Job Location:** Mumbai, India
**Experience Required:** Minimum 5 years of experience in program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
**Job Overview:**
The Assistant Manager – Corporate Partnerships is responsible for the implementation and management of corporate grants across various stakeholders. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of grant program operations, and the ability to streamline grant administration.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop annual implementation plans and actively undertake field-based monitoring of projects on a regular basis.
* Collaborate with project implementation teams.
* Collect data from the field and prepare reports/presentation decks according to established templates.
* Ensure corporate partners are aware of the impact of their community investments through field visits and other document reporting means.
* Develop proposals for ongoing partnerships and enhance the existing scale of impact through insights and impactful program design.
* Ensure project utilization within scheduled project timelines.
* Design proposals and work in teams for problem-solving.
* Manage deadlines and documentation for each assigned project.
* Track project milestones and utilization.
**Profile Requisites:**
* Graduate, preferably with a background in social sciences.
* Demonstrated experience in program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
* Passionate about program implementation.
* Proficient in spoken and written English.
* Proficient in basic computer skills – MS Word, Excel, and presentations.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to organize field-based programs.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in teams.
* Willingness to work from the office and actively travel for field visits.
**Remuneration:**
Subject to relevant qualifications, experience, and merit, the salary range is INR 7.15 – 9.75 LPA.
