Job Description-   

The Assistant Manager – Data and Documentation will be responsible for end to end data management, data analysis and reporting for the Programme which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverable.

Roles and Responsibility – 

Data Management and Analysis

·         Manage the entire data pertaining to Kotak Shiksha Nidhi and as obtained from External Stakeholders.

·         Be the custodian of all data related to the project and ensure there are no errors in the data.

·         Managing Project data dashboards to facilitate sharing of information for for decision-making and ensuring Programme teams are able to access analysis of data and results in a timely manner.

·         Reporting : Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for internal and external use.

·         Collaborating with Tech-partners and external stakeholders for effective data management.

Project reporting & control:

·         Write weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with observations and inferences

·         Process owner of archiving data as per guidelines for future use

·         Timely updating information on dashboards and MIS

·         Supporting the Manager and Team Excel in execution of the project 

.        Provide technical support for monitoring reporting, evaluation, and documentation in a timely manner.

.        Assist with other programmatic and administrative duties as required for successful implementation of KSN programme activities.

Educational Qualification

A Bachelors/Masters degree in statistics, economics, social sciences, or other relevant field

Years of Experience

6+ Years in data and MIS management , social sector, project planning or educational sector

WORK SKILLS

·         Proficiency in MS Office package and Advanced Excel

·         Proficiency in STATA, R or other statistical analysis software will be an added advantage.

·         Proficiency in working with large and multiple data sets.

·         Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills.
