Job Opportunity for Assistant Manager – Education (Partnerships) at Tata Steel Foundation in Jajpur

WHO ARE WE: Tata Steel Foundation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited and was instituted on August 16, 2016. Employment Type: Contractual (Renewal on a yearly basis)

Key Deliverables:

• Performing comprehensive research and analysis on a broad set of new partnership engagement topics, including cooperation, support to emerging donors, private sector engagement under the guidance of the partnership team.
• Understanding different partnerships – the partner, the objective, the strategy & and project design, the operational aspects, the area of implementation and coverage, the time frame, the deliverables, the budget, and the disbursement schedule
• Understanding the grant management system within Tata Steel Foundation, program monitoring schedule, reporting requirements & and formats, the process flow, and the time frame,
• Undertaking field visit
• Drafting concept notes on key areas of new partnership engagement as and when required for the program.
• Preparing documentation, reports, MIS, & and other relevant reports, and drafts for the program by the funders.
• Liaison with external partners as and when required under the guidance of the Partnership Team.
• Working in coordination with the Partnerships team, partners on the ground, and other verticals where necessary.

Minimum Qualification: Master in mass communication/Social Work/Partnership Management/Data Analytics from a reputed institution and preferably worked within the development sector or corporate social responsibility sector

Minimum No. of years of experience: 2 years
