## Assistant Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships

**Job Location:** Bengaluru, India

**Experience Required:**

* 3+ years of experience in fundraising, business development, or partnerships.

* Proven track record of successfully securing funding from various sources, including angel investors, venture capitalists, and government grants.

* Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges faced by early-stage companies.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for IIMB Innovations.

* Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors and partners.

* Prepare and present compelling investment proposals to investors.

* Manage the due diligence process and negotiate investment terms.

* Build and maintain relationships with existing investors and partners.

* Track and report on fundraising progress and performance.

* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in fundraising and partnerships.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

* Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and fostering innovation.
