Locations of Posting: Odisha and Maharashtra

Employment Type: Contractual (Renewal on a yearly basis)

Key Deliverables:

  • Enabling women leaders in the proximate areas from diverse backgrounds to have an effective voice in the community.
  • Creation of successful women entrepreneurs in the proximate area by collaborating with different partner agencies.
  • Development of microenterprise for the socio-economic development of the excluded communities.
  • Strengthening social institutions.
  • Enabling change-makers in the proximate areas from diverse backgrounds to have an effective voice in the community.
  • Continuous engagement with different stakeholders and community-driven collaborations.
  • Ensure financial integrity & and track implementation progress of empowerment programs.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Rural Development / Social Work

Minimum No. of years of experience: 2 years

Entrepreneurial orientation to seek opportunities actively and innovatively for new collaboration.
Ability to engage across stakeholder groups, peers, and communities – understanding of cultures
