**Job Description: Assistant Manager – Health**
**Location:** Mumbai
**Reports To:** Senior Manager: Health

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to oversee our community health initiatives. The role involves managing project activities, building partnerships, and ensuring successful execution of health programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop weekly project plans aligned with overall timelines.
– Identify and engage sector experts and partners for project execution.
– Manage and develop the project team, monitoring their performance.
– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
– Document project activities and outcomes, submitting timely reports to donors.
– Handle financial reconciliation and reporting for project activities.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus on community health.
– Minimum of four years of experience in project design and implementation, preferably in community health.
– Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
– Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
