Who we are

NSRCEL is the start-up incubator of IIM Bangalore. We are deeply committed to mobilising the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country to foster innovation and economic growth. As an organization, we have had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and we take pride in our ability to identify and nurture talent. 1,15,600+ entrepreneurs participated in various programs, workshops, masterclasses and events so far. These initiatives have provided a platform for entrepreneurs to gain insights, expand their network, and hone their skills.

Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Goldman Sachs, ICICI Securities, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini and Kotak Mahindra Bank among others to support entrepreneurs in focused sectors like mobility, fintech, and social entrepreneurship.

About the Program

We incubate ventures and back founders with all-round support. We believe that it is important for entrepreneurs to understand all that it takes to create and build successful organizations.   

What will you do

∙ Work with the team to execute a successful Incubation structure

∙ Work in our vertical focused program such as Healthcare, Mobility and more..

∙ Engage with various advisors, stakeholders, and ecosystem partners

∙ Research and create an understanding about sectors and business models 

∙ Identify gaps in the program and build a process to bridge any gaps

∙ Analyse and report data collected from entrepreneurs

∙ Build and manage program activities and program budget

∙ Work closely with entrepreneurs and other internal teams to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and facilitate to meet those needs

∙ Actively pursue strategic and innovative solutions to fulfil program objective

Requirements

What you will need to bring to the table

∙ 5+ years of experience in a similar role or startup ecosystem

∙ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

∙ Ability to contribute to program design

∙ Ability to work with teams across

∙ Strong program execution discipline

∙ Curiosity, positive attitude, detail-oriented and maturity to interact with the senior leadership

∙ Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks

∙ A master’s degree in management from a reputable institute is a bonus.
