Position: Assistant Manager – Legal and Process Documentation

Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate who will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support to the legal team which involves a combination of legal research, document preparation, compliance assistance, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the corporate legal function and process documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Legal documentation
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, corporate filings, and other legal correspondence.
- Ensuring the organization complies with all corporate legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to legal teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, external parties, and regulatory authorities on legal documentation and regulatory requirements
2. Process Documentation:
- Collaborate with various internal teams and subject matter experts to document existing business processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Create clear and concise process documentation, including flowcharts, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure that documented processes align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Effectively communicate process changes, updates, and improvements to relevant stakeholders and gather input and feedback for process enhancements.
Experience and Qualification
- LLB from a reputed institution & and having worked in a law firm specializing in corporate law
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create clear error-free and organized documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without extensive supervision and deliver the outcome effortlessly.

- Strong drafting and vetting technical skill set is mandatory.
