Roles and Responsibilities

Purpose of the role:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the partnership service requirements of the existing corporate portfolio of Donors and will also support the team in the planning and execution of partnership engagements, and also provide backend support to the team.

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

I.Partnership Engagement & Servicing –

  • Build and nurture fruitful relationships with Corporate Partners and co-manage these partnerships with respective Partnership Managers in the team.
  • Service the existing portfolio of partnerships and take ownership of all service requirements, including timely resolution of queries, reporting, sending UC’s and 80 G’s etc. to Corporate Partners.
  • Attend Donor Meetings having duly prepared for the same.
  • Coordinate implementation of employee and company engagement activities with existing and prospective Corporate Partners.
  • Proactively liaise with internal (Programme, Marketing & Communications, Finance, State Offices etc.) and external stakeholders, as required, to cater to the Corporate Partner’s requirements.
  • Provide back-end support to the team by managing communications (letters/correspondence), meeting schedules and logistics support for events/campaigns/meetings etc.

II.Documentation, MIS & Reporting: –

  • Keep a systematic record and track all past and present Donor Files, Communications, MOUs/Agreements, Project Reports etc., and ensure the information is updated and readily retrievable.
  • Update and Track the Donor Reporting Calendar and alert internal Units about the due date well in time and follow up with them for timely receipt of the same.
  • Highlight expiry of MOU’s/Contracts/Addendum’s well in time.
  • Maintain updated Corporate Database in CRM,
  • Prepare/compile monthly reports/MIS on Partnership’s Progress and unspent Project Funds highlighting gaps and issues that need attention.
  • Support the team with data, analytics, and insights for reports.
  • Compile Corporate Partnership Disclosure Report.
  • Update and manage the Corporate Database platform..
  • Prepare PPT’s as required.
  • Manage billing of expenditures and other internal processes for the team.

C.Educational Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree from an Institution of repute.
  • Excellent proven English verbal and written skills.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in client interfacing or donor servicing role, preferably in a similar setup.
  • Proven data management and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaborative andrelationship skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time.
  • A passion for nature and conservation.
