Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager, Planning & Analytics—->Lead, Planning & Analytics

Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree / Post Graduate Diploma

Work experience in years: Experience of at least 3 years in planning and strategy-related roles in fields of sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or compliance.

Purpose of the Role: This pivotal role involves overseeing the comprehensive compliance and reporting requirements internally and externally as mandated by Law of the land or any other body, ensuring adherence to regulations, daily management of planning and analytics, and the timely preparation of essential reports, other mandated disclosures.

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive formulation and implementation of strategies to meet disclosure requirements in alignment with the organization’s sustainability goals.
  • Oversee the compilation and preparation of Integrated Reports, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reports (BRSR), and other mandated disclosures as per Government regulations or any other private bodies.
  • Prepare and maintain the annual business plan of the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to collect and analyze data necessary for reporting.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes, update internal stakeholders on relevant amendments, and adapt reporting practices accordingly.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting methodologies and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop internal frameworks and guidelines for sustainable reporting practices and compliance measures.

  • In-depth understanding of the Government of India’s reporting regulations for Section-8 organizations, including integrated reporting frameworks and BRSR guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and disseminate findings effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Certification in sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is preferred.
