**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.  

– Develop financial models for planning and decision-making.  

– Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.  

– Prepare short-term and long-term financial forecasts using advanced modeling techniques.  

– Monitor industry trends to align forecasts with market conditions.  

– Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial performance and variances.  

– Provide detailed analysis of variances between actuals and forecasts.  

– Support the preparation of presentations and financial statements for senior management.  

– Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and assist in implementing financial systems.  

– Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.  

– Communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and participate in cross-functional teams.  

**Qualifications:**  

– Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.  

– 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.  

– Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.  

– Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.  

– Advanced Excel skills.  

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

**Preferred Qualifications:**  

– CA or similar financial certification.
