Your Role:
As a person in this position, you will be the link between CRY and CRY-supported projects in the project areas of DS North. Your responsibilities will include planning, monitoring and evaluation of supported initiatives, assessing and providing for partners capacity building needs, environment scanning, identifying areas/projects for CRY’s intervention and planning and supporting networking efforts. To manage, implement and supervise the projects for children on the ground as per grant allocation.
You:
- You must be a Post – Graduate in Social Work, Sociology or Rural Development from a reputed institute.
- You must have 5+ years’ experience in the field of urban or rural development, having experience in planning, monitoring and evaluating projects, interfacing with the government and other stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English & a working knowledge of the local language are essential.
- Having experience of direct implementation of the Project in the field is an added advantage. You should be willing to travel up to 15 days in a month
