**Experience Required:**  

2-4 years in the incubation space with exposure to India’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Own program outreach and manage partnerships.  

– Nurture and support startups across sectors.  

– Lead planning, designing, and monitoring of programs.  

– Work closely with teams to fulfill founder needs.  

– Identify and resolve startup challenges.  

– Manage multiple stakeholders.  

– Design SOPs and program interventions.  

– Network and drive ecosystem partnerships.  

– Liaise between NSRCEL functions.
