Roles and Responsibilities

WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications from candidates for the position of Asst Manager – Website, Digital and Tech.

We are looking to recruit within WWF-India’s central Marketing and Communications team, working directly with all departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills, and must be proficient in project management.

Location: New Delhi

Job Profile:

  • Provide assistance for all things web-related and web assets of WWF-India
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize the website experience for existing users and prospects
  • Day-to-day site/online assets updating/management
  • Assist in responding and troubleshooting for all website related issues
  • Ensures integrity, accessibility, and optimum performance of web sites, through mechanisms such as regular web site audits
  • Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
  • Plan, design and execute the emailing modules
  • Provide support to online/digital campaigns
  • Basic coding knowledge and experience will be preferred
  • Develop a holistic view of the user journey, and apply data and insights to inform the development of a website experience that engages and converts/engages
  • Identify, build and execute on A/B and multivariate tests to support organizational objectives.
  • Analyze and evaluate A/B tests, report on results, and recommend next steps
  • Run regularly scheduled web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable next steps

Qualifications andtechnical skills required:

  • Minimum 4 years experiencein website development, web content management / IT field
  • High working knowledge of HTML5, CSS design, JavaScript, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
  • Proven experience in web site design, development, information architecture and usability
  • Mastery over Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
  • Understanding of UI UX design and technology 

Working knowledge of:

  • Content management systems (CMS)
  • SEO
  • Firewalls
  • Monitoring PPC campaigns
  • Security audits
  • Web-based proxy
  • Website accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager

Other skills required:

  • Ability to work with teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
