**Job Description: Assistant Vice President – Resource Mobilisation & Investor Relations**
**Location:** Mumbai, India
**Experience Required:** 10-15 years in fundraising roles within the development sector

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Achieve annual fundraising targets of INR 200 crore.
– Develop and execute a robust resource mobilization strategy, leveraging existing relationships and establishing new partnerships.
– Track funding opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential donors.
– Expand resource mobilization strategies to include corporate donors, institutional funders, HNIs, and individual giving campaigns.
– Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve collective goals.
– Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop programs and proposals.
– Represent United Way Mumbai at public forums and engage with potential donors.
– Contribute to the development of new communication materials.
**Remuneration:**
The salary range is INR 20-35 LPA, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
