About Give Grants
Give Grants enables corporates, foundations and HNIs to deliver maximum social impact. Amplified by technology and anchored in impact, we support the entire grant making lifecycle. Together with our network of 3000+ trusted nonprofits, we have served 300+ partners to make their grant making journey convenient, compliant and the most impactful it can be.
Over the last 20 years, Give has partnered with hundreds of companies – from large ones like ICICI, HDFC, TCS, Google, Microsoft, Amex, KPMG, Coca Cola to new-age startups like Flipkart, Ola, Myntra and others – to drive corporate philanthropic giving in India. Through the India Covid Response Fund (ICRF), we partnered with various institutions globally to deploy INR 800+ crore of institutional grants (CSR, foundations & employee giving). In Oct 2022, Give acquired the CSR business from Goodera and combined with its own institutional giving practice, launched Give Grants with a sharp focus on ‘making CSR giving better’ in India.
Give Grants is now an end-to-end giving partner with offerings that include:
- a comprehensive SaaS platform for grant management, monitoring & evaluation, and compliance

About the role
Give Grants powers workplace giving (employee-giving) and non-CSR corporate philanthropy for a large number of companies, and is responsible for effective deployment and reporting for these grants through the most impactful nonprofits in India. We are looking for a hands-on social sector professional to lead the workplace giving team. This role carries end to end responsibility for monitoring and reporting for all funds managed by this team.
You will be responsible for
- identifying and recommending impactful programs/projects of nonprofits (solutioning) aligned with companies’ requirements and expectations
- monitoring the delivery of selected nonprofit programs/projects, including tracking expenses and fund utilization for these programs
- creating compelling impact reports for programs to be shared with corporate partners and individual donors
- cross-functional collaboration and internal stakeholder management
- leading a motivated team of 3-4 people and hiring as needed
You will be successful if you come with
- 7-9 years of experience working in nonprofits driving on-ground program implementation and reporting
- ability to analyze program data and create impactful donor reports
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- keen interest in and reasonable understanding of a wide range of intervention areas
- proven history of effective prioritization and meeting project deadlines
- strong process-orientation and time management skills
- people management skills having led a small team
