• Explore partnerships with National and International like-minded organisations and institutions where CPPR can be the knowledge partner.

• Ensure CPPR academy is the go-to place for public policy courses across the country.

• Create a clear publicity strategy for each course and ensure that it is run successfully year after year.

• Mobilise faculty of world-class excellence to deliver programs for the academy on a permanent or consultancy basis.

• Assist Senior Associates in conceptualising and developing various Academy programmes – Content development of the courses and programs.

• Conducting and facilitating various Academy programmes

• Executing the PR strategy and communication goals of CPPR Academy.

• Developing and strengthening the alumni network.

• Contribute to ideation, promoting growth and scaling up the academy.

• Responsible for expanding the reach and proceeds of CPPR online courses.

• Developing and maintaining platforms for online courses

• Interested in formulating and running courses with education or skill-based training institutions.

• Education qualification – Graduation from any stream.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Skills in social media marketing.

• Strong people skills & ability to network.

• Proactive problem solver with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Organised and capable of multitasking with a high level of attention to detail.
