**Job Description: Associate, Administration – Room to Read**
**Location:** India – Main – New Delhi
**Experience Required:** Minimum 3 to 5 years in administration, specifically in procurement of goods and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide logistical and administrative support for India Country Program implementation.
– Assist with procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies and timely vendor quotations.
– Manage office maintenance, including equipment functionality, inventory of stationery, and office space upkeep.
– Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and meeting logistics.
– Support in budgeting, bill processing, and comparative analysis of vendor quotations.
– Maintain administrative files, vendor databases, and inventory records.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
– Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
– Experience in NGOs or development sectors is preferred.
