**Experience Required:**

3-5 years of relevant work experience.  A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop a strong understanding of development-related issues and the Indian non-profit sector.

* Conduct research, synthesize data from multiple sources, and generate meaningful analysis and insights.

* Create content for knowledge products (reports, brochures, articles, presentations, webpages).

* Make and present recommendations for philanthropic investment to donors.

* Build and manage relationships with non-profits and knowledge partners.

* Assist with project management of internal and external tasks.

* Conduct due diligence on non-profits to assess their capacity for large-scale impact.

* Contribute to team and organization-level activities (staffing, reporting, internal taskforces).

**Required Skillset:**

* Excellent written and communication skills; ability to structure and organize written and verbal content effectively.

* Strong project management skills; ability to meet deadlines, manage time across multiple complex projects, and independently resolve conflicts or roadblocks.

* Research and data analytics skills; ability to structure and organize information effectively, utilize spreadsheets or simple data analysis tools, and draw accurate insights from gathered data.

* Fundraising experience; ability to engage funders with confidence and manage relationships (with support/guidance).

* Strong relationship management skills; ability to engage external stakeholders with confidence and manage relationships across multiple goals/projects/deliverables.  Active listening and ability to accurately restate others’ opinions.

* Passion for the development sector and the communities served.
