**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Associate. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting Swaniti’s diverse projects and initiatives.  

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct research and data analysis to support project development and evaluation.

*  Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of program activities.

*  Collaborate with government officials and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

*  Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials.

*  Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to public service challenges.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, etc.).

* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working in development, government, or research.

* Strong analytical and research skills, with a proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

*  Demonstrated commitment to public service and social impact.

**Desired Skills:**

*  Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods.

*  Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R).

*  Knowledge of public policy and governance in India.

*  Experience working with government institutions or NGOs.
