The organization supports governments and private sectors in designing interventions for decarbonization, particularly in hard-to-abate industries like textiles, cement, and steel. Their work spans global south countries including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, and South Africa.

**Job Description**:  

We are seeking an Associate to support our green skilling initiatives. The role involves conducting research, working with state governments on policy planning, and implementing programs related to renewable energy sectors such as solar, hydro, geothermal, wind, and domestic waste management.

**Requirements**:  

– Minimum 3 years of experience in skilling, energy, or livelihoods.

– Experience handling large-scale government data sets and collaborating with state departments.

– Familiarity with sustainability and climate initiatives, preferably involving government projects.

– Strong understanding of the skilling ecosystem and ability to conduct field surveys and analyze data.

**Qualifications**:  

– Postgraduate degree preferred in environment, climate, sustainability, energy, or related fields.

– Proven track record working with government and grassroots organizations in skilling and livelihoods sectors.
