**Job Title:** Associate, Communications (Graphics Designer)
**Location:** New Delhi, India
**Experience Required:**
– At least 2 years of work experience in graphic design.
– Prior experience designing newsletters, annual reports, brochures, training modules, banners, posters, and digital media creatives.
– Proficiency in software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Illustrator.
– Experience with creating branding materials and 2D/vector animation.
– Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and maintain brand guidelines for visual consistency.
– Design logos, icons, and other branding elements.
– Create engaging designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, and newsletters.
– Design visually appealing creatives for social media campaigns, website banners, and email newsletters.
– Develop custom illustrations and creative visual storytelling elements.
– Collaborate with the Communications team to align designs with strategic objectives.
– Liaise with external vendors for printing and production, ensuring quality and brand adherence.
