Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptionally organized project coordinator to be the virtual right hand for our Head of Operations, supporting smooth functioning as we scale impact into unseen heights and geographies across India.

  • From streamlining hiring logistics across districts, monitoring government compliance processes, coordinating workshop travel and expenses for field teams, and running the program with multiple central functions related to HR< Finance, Admin, Fund Raising, Strategy and operations, this role will work behind the scenes to enable on-ground magic. 
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft periodic guidelines to ensure ease of doing operations through cross-domain/ hub collaboration
  • Anticipate needs, flag risks proactively, and provide administrative support to the Head of Operations
  • Support regional operations teams on key functions – hiring, finance, compliance, travel, meetings, venue bookings, billing, event management, and ensuring documentation
  • Maintain organized records of MOUs, monthly reports, dashboards, catalogs
    Coordinate across hubs- P&C, Finance, Tech., Impact and Admin teams to enable on-ground operations
  • Passing on information/ documents to internal Hubs through internal collaboration
    Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3-5 years running operations, projects, or program management, preferably in
    a non-profit
  • Sharp project management skills – structured, detail-oriented, resourceful
    Strong relationship management abilities and liaising experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High comfort with ambiguity, ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong drive to push progress with lean resources
  • Values alignment with organizational culture
