**Job Title:** Associate – Content and Training
**Location:** Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
**Experience Required:** 2-5 years of experience leading large-scale training programs, preferably with government or government school teachers. Experience in content design, classroom teaching, or teacher training is essential. Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh/Telangana is preferred.

Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation (branded as Leadership For Equity, LFE) is a non-profit organization based in Pune, Maharashtra. LFE works to build capacity in public education systems and improve student learning and well-being through partnerships with local and state education bodies. Currently, LFE is collaborating with Mantra4Change on the SALT project in Andhra Pradesh to enhance teaching and learning quality.
**Job Description:**
The Content Associate will support the SALT project by designing evidence-based training content for teachers, school leaders, and officers. Responsibilities include creating PPTs, sessions, blended learning materials, assessments, and collaborating with LMS designers. The role also involves preparing reports, conducting meetings, and providing feedback on content.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop academic subject and pedagogy training content.
– Design presentations, voice-over scripts, lesson plans, and assessments.
– Coordinate with LMS platform designers.
– Prepare project status and impact reports.
– Conduct user interviews for content improvement.
– Participate in team activities to support organizational goals.
**Requirements:**
– Education: Degree in education, teacher development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
– Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, content development expertise, adaptability, understanding of social equity and education policy, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
– Belief in public sector potential and commitment to overcoming systemic inequities.
**Compensation:**
4.00 – 6.00 lakh INR per annum CTC.
