## Associate Director – Operations & Strategic Growth

**Experience Required:** 10 – 15 years of senior management experience in public health and the private healthcare sector. Senior-level experience in revenue generation and donor management.

 

**Job Description/Responsibilities:**

 

This role is responsible for the Operations and Strategic Growth of the South Asia region, with strong linkages to the Middle East. The Associate Director will drive market development in health systems, focusing on public and private healthcare. This includes:

 

* **Business Development:** Identifying and securing new accounts through networking, proposal development, bids, partnerships, donor management, and other channels.

* **Client Management:** Building and maintaining strategic client relationships, addressing service needs, requests, and issues, while ensuring high-quality partner work.

* **Revenue Generation:** Achieving agreed revenue targets for the South Asia region.

* **Program Delivery:** Overseeing the delivery and execution of partner initiatives and contracts.

* **Strategic Growth:** Evaluating, developing, and implementing strategies to enhance the current business model and meet objectives.

* **Proposal Development:** Conceptualizing and strategizing grant proposals, assisting with bid management and contract development.

* **Financial Management:** Reviewing financial proposals and overseeing their execution. Developing annual budgets and operating plans to maintain profitability.

* **Collaboration:** Advising and collaborating with other members of the South Asia team, addressing any problem areas.

* **Domain Expertise:** Serving as a domain expert in health systems consulting, particularly in public and private healthcare, with expertise in areas such as cancer care, screening programs, health systems policy and research, health insurance, digital health solutions, quality, health financing, service delivery, revenue cycle management, capacity building, human resources, and product development.

* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Building and nurturing relationships with key institutions, donors, life sciences companies, private healthcare providers, and country-level stakeholders.

* **Marketing & Communications:** Developing and implementing marketing, market access, and communications plans for the region, including brand building.

* **Representation:** Organizing roundtables and workshops to share industry insights and representing the organization as needed.

 

**Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:**

 

* **Qualifications:** MBA in health management or a related discipline preferred. Relevant qualification in general administration required.

* **Experience:** 10 – 15 years of senior management experience in public health and the private healthcare sector. Senior-level experience in revenue generation and donor management.

* **Skills and Competencies:**

The selected candidate will be offered a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on continued funding availability and performance.
