**Job Description: Associate Director – Fundraising and Partnerships**

**Experience Required:**  

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15-20 years of work experience, preferably in B2B sales or nonprofit fundraising. Experience in philanthropy and fundraising is a plus. Strong relationship management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to adapt to market trends are essential. Familiarity with the fundraising landscape, including working with HNIs, CSRs, and international foundations, is required.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to engage corporates, HNIs, and foundations.  

– Conduct research to identify funding opportunities and align them with organizational priorities.  

– Develop and maintain relationships with potential funders and corporate partners.  

– Work with internal stakeholders to co-create project ideas for fundraising.  

– Prepare tailored fundraising pitch materials and proposals.  

– Organize networking events and industry forums to position ISDM as a thought leader.  

– Track commitments, manage deadlines, and prepare reports in collaboration with project leads.  

– Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in fundraising activities.  

– Exceed annual fundraising targets through effective team leadership and innovative strategies.
