## Associate Director, Marketing and Communication

**ISDM is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing & Communications** to join our team and contribute to our mission of building a dynamic, catalytic ecosystem for social impact. This role will be based in **Noida, India**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with leadership and vertical leads to understand and meet the marketing and communication needs of ISDM.
* Develop a deep understanding of stakeholders, their requirements, preferred channels, and the competitive landscape.
* Craft and implement a comprehensive communication and engagement plan to achieve ISDM’s strategic goals, encompassing digital and social media, database marketing, public relations, partnerships, and events.
* Lead and manage the internal team and external partners, ensuring efficient collaboration and execution of paid digital campaigns, social media calendar, database marketing initiatives, PR activities, partnership plans, event coordination, and creation of communication collaterals.
* Maintain brand consistency, ensuring all communication materials are on-brand, on-target, effective, and of high quality.
* Continuously track and monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies, optimizing them for improved results.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
* 15+ years of proven experience in marketing, communications, and/or engagement for the social impact sector or academic institutions.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mass communications, journalism, or management/business administration.
* A strong understanding of digital marketing, public relations, partnerships, events, and database marketing.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing, effective teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and partners.
* Demonstrated ability to take ownership, be accountable, work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
