**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Operations to join our team in Lucknow. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programs and initiatives in the region. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for social impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of programs.

* Manage and lead a team of operational staff, including program coordinators, field staff, and support personnel.

* Oversee the budget and financial management of the regional operations.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and donors.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

* Monitor and evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.

* Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or social work.

* Master’s degree preferred.

* Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the non-profit sector.

* Proven track record of managing and leading operational teams.

* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
