Job Opportunity for Associate Director – Program Management at Newton School in Bengaluru

The ideal candidate is collaborative, data-driven, passionate about Customer Success, and proficient in building out new processes and procedures that make our business run smoother, quicker, and smarter while thriving in a complex environment.

Responsibilities:

– Proven track record of successfully implementing programs/projects at scalability to track and evaluate programs/projects

– Proficiency in Excel.

– Manage a team of 1-2 program managers

Key Skills :

– At least 3 years experience in Tier-1 consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) OR At least 3 years experience working as Program/Sr Program Manager/Chief of Staff in large consumer tech startups.

– Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving customers.

– Proven analytical and decision-making abilities.

– Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
