## Associate Director – Whole School Transformation
**Bhumi** is a non-profit organization working to empower underprivileged communities across India. We believe that every child deserves access to quality education and strive to bridge the gap in education through our Whole School Transformation program. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Director to lead the implementation of our Whole School Transformation program in **Chennai**.
**About the Role:**
The Associate Director will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of Bhumi’s Whole School Transformation program in Chennai. This program focuses on strengthening student learning outcomes and fostering a holistic learning environment. The Associate Director will work closely with school leadership, teachers, and communities to create a sustainable and impactful change in the education system.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Whole School Transformation program in Chennai.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and other stakeholders.
* Provide ongoing training and support to teachers on innovative pedagogical practices and curriculum development.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various aspects of the program, including assessment, learning management, and student engagement.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement.
* Collect data and prepare reports on program progress and outcomes.
* Manage program budget and resources effectively.
* Collaborate with other team members and partners to ensure program alignment and coherence.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects.
**Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of education, with a focus on school improvement or teacher development.
* Proven track record of successfully implementing educational programs and initiatives.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
* Passion for improving education outcomes for underprivileged children.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
**This is a full-time position based in Chennai.**
