## Associate Director – Whole School Transformation

**Job Location:** Chennai, India

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the development and implementation of Bhumi’s Whole-School Transformation program in Chennai.

*  Work closely with school leadership teams to identify and address challenges related to student learning, teacher development, and school climate.

*  Develop and deliver training programs for teachers and school staff on best practices for teaching, learning, and school leadership.

*  Collaborate with community partners to provide resources and support to schools and students.

*  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Whole-School Transformation program.

*  Develop and manage a budget for the program.

*  Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, parents, and community partners.

*  Contribute to the overall strategic direction of Bhumi’s education programs.

**Qualifications:**

*  Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

*  Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in a whole-school transformation or improvement initiative.

*  Strong understanding of educational theory and practice.

*  Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.

*  Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, parents, and community partners.

*  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

*  Commitment to Bhumi’s mission and values.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

*  Experience working in underserved communities.

*  Experience with school improvement frameworks and models.

*  Experience with data-driven decision making in education.
