Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager – Programming & GTM and operations team to coordinate and implement activities based on program objectives, goals and success metrics.
  • Work closely with speakers and their associates/teams on engagement/event-specific needs, coordinate and support on their engagements/events.
  • Ensure that participants have required briefs, context and resources to adequately prepare.
  • Support the programming and operations teams for required infrastructure by speakers – AV needs, accommodation, travel & transportation, etc.
  • Coordinate with The/Nudge PR/marketing teams for media interactions with participants/speakers before, during and after events as required.
