ELMS Sports Foundation is seeking candidates for the position of Associate: Fellowship Design to work on designing our first Sports for Transformation Fellowship. Innovating the first-of-its-kind fellowship design with an amalgamation of theory, practice, and ecosystem. Researching and bringing in new ideas to make a creative design which will help the fellows achieve their full potential. Bringing innovation and the use of technology into curriculum and product development will be an important part as well. The person will be reporting to Head, Curriculum and Product Development.

Location: New Delhi (With requirement to travel to Project Locations on a regular basis)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Fellowship Curriculum Design:

Develop a 2-year fellowship program along with the fellowship design team.
Innovate on already existing modules.
Research and design the best experience-based modules.
Iterate on already existing versions.
Communicate and coordinate with the fellowship design team and fellowship on-field team to align the best practices.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in education, curriculum design, content & product development.
Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Education and/or fellowship in the education development domain.
Experience in academic research/applied research will be an advantage.
Experience in playing team sports at a competitive level or sports coaching would be preferred.
Alumni of fellowship programs such as Teach for India, Gandhi Fellowship etc will be preferred.
Proven communication skills in Hindi and English both written and oral will be preferred. Any other language proficiency will be an advantage.

Proposed compensation range:

INR 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 per annum depending on the experience and expertise of the candidate.
