## Job Description: Associate, Finance and Accounts

**Job Location:** Delhi, DL, India

**Position:** Associate, Finance and Accounts

**Experience Required:** 5-8 years of experience with basic accounting.

**About the Role:**

The Associate, Finance & Accounts will be responsible for general accounting in Tally, processing payments for vendors and consultants, verifying and accounting for reimbursements, and ensuring TDS compliance. This role reports to the Finance Manager/Associate Director – Finance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Accounting in Tally package

* Validation and payment processing for vendor/consultants

* Verification of reimbursement claims of employees

* Ensuring TDS compliance

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:**

* Commerce Graduate (B.Com)

* 5-8 years of experience with basic accounting

* Experience in accounting and Tally package

* Working knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel

* Can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and adapt new accounting processes

* Fair knowledge of social sector accounting (preferred)

**Compensation:**

Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and will depend on the candidate’s experience levels.
