Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role:

We are looking for an Associate/ Senior Associate, Give Discover who is passionate about social change and enabling process developments for better stakeholder experience and smoother cross functional work. The candidate will be responsible for managing the initial onboarding of our GiveCompliant NGO Partners, as well as the associated deliverables and process improvements to service them. The candidate will work closely with a large number of NGOs, and cross functional teams to ensure stakeholder delight is prioritized. The lookout is for a determined candidate, who possesses understanding of client servicing, efficient communication and problem solving mindset. Taking ownership of tasks focused on holistic development is a key requirement as well as comfort working with data, basic planning work, good written and oral communications.

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for onboarding partner NGOs onto our crowdfunding platform. The candidate will work closely with a large number of NGOs to evaluate and ensure that they are compliant as per the Due Diligence standards of our onboarding Framework.
• Regular engagement with GiveCompliant NGOs, being the First Point of Contact with a large number of NGOs in the country, communicates new opportunities, events at Give.
• Understanding GiveCompliant NGOs’ work, finding the best fit of products, ensuring participation across products, events, supporting cross functional teams to reach their goals for deliverables from GiveCompliant NGOs.
• Enabling process improvements to ensure smooth experience of GiveCompliant NGOs and smoother completion of their deliverables for Give in terms of Compliance and donor deliverables.

Required skills and experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in Client Servicing/Public Relations/Program Management
• Any graduate degree from a recognized university
• Ability to patiently speak with stakeholders and convert them to long-term partners
• A solution-giver to problems and challenges
• A people’s person – comfortable in reaching out and talking to people from diverse backgrounds, positions and experience
• Focus on growth and scale in every task assigned
• Willingness to learn and grow in the sector
• Go-getter, disciplined and paramount adherence to set timelines and result parameters
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, without compromise on quality of delivery
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
