Role Description

Pratham is looking to appoint a Graphics Designer to join the Communications team. The role requires visualizing, creating and designing communications material for print and digital platforms. Broadly, this would involve:

• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
• Testing graphics across various media
• Designing photo essays, presentations, posters, email communications, and other creatives

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• 1-3 years prior work experience in a similar role
• Exceptional artistic, aesthetic and design sense
• High level of proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Solid understanding of brand identity and branding tools
• A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
• Ability to work well with people
• Self-motivation and proactive attitude
• Ability to ideate and come up with new ways of executing existing ideas
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver within deadlines
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
