About Program:

The Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit (UPTSU) provides integrated Technical Assistance (TA) to the government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP), which focuses on accelerating progress in reproductive, maternal, new-born and child health, and nutrition (RMNCHN). UPTSU works closely with the GoUP at the state, district and local levels to optimize RMNCHN programs and services. The technical assistance provided by UPTSU is integrated within the GoUP’s health system response for scale-up and sustainability. UPTSU focuses on interventions to improve outcomes in Family Planning, Maternal and New-born Health, and Nutrition, along with Routine Immunization, Digital Health, and other initiatives.

Job Summary :

Associate – ICT will be responsible for managing, daily tasks, calling and provide support to his/her sub-ordinates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities and tasks
• Provide support to sub-ordinates in his/her tasks
• Monitor and manage all the emails and respond proactively
• Provide support in testing the data and applications, newly developed functionality for smooth and error free functioning of the applications
• Develop and present periodic updates and reports to various stakeholders
• Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments, ensure completion of development according to requirements, manage timelines, user testing (UAT), training and deliverables;
• Good communication skills

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience, in handling tools and applications, MIS reports, user testing (UAT), training and deliverables. Have knowledge and ability to do coding in .NET/PHP/Python language and MSSQL/MYSQL/ PostgreSQL.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree

• Knowledge of digital application and tools.
• Managing the MIS and other performance Reports as per business requirements.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading existing systems.
• Provide user feedback to team members in the form of excel reports or documents
• Managing day to day ICT operations to maximize productivity of the operations/ sustenance Team, including engaging with Vendors/ Solution providers regularly
