Brief about the role:

As a Mentor Desk Associate at T-Hub, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Mentor Desk team’s activities. You’ll assist in documenting mentor interactions, coordinating with program teams on mentor requests, and scouting new mentor profiles. This hands-on role offers valuable exposure to the startup ecosystem, providing an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of emerging entrepreneurs. Responsibilities:

Assist in documenting all mentor interactions and interventions accurately.Maintain a comprehensive database of mentorship sessions and outcomes for reference and analysis.

Assist in Coordinating with Program Teams:

Liaise with program teams to understand mentorship requirements and prioritize mentor requests accordingly.Ensure seamless coordination between program teams and mentors for scheduling and follow-up.

Assist in Scouting New Mentor Profiles:

Conduct research and scouting activities to identify potential mentors with relevant expertise and industry experience.Assist in maintaining an updated database of mentor profiles, ensuring alignment with the Mentor Desk’s requirements.

Supporting Mentor Desk Activities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Mentor Desk team as needed.Assist in organizing mentorship events, workshops, and networking sessions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and innovation is a plus.
