**Gujarat Social Entrepreneurship Fund (G-SEF):**
The/Nudge Institute partners with Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Limited (GLPC) to manage G-SEF, a fund providing grants to social enterprises over five years. The team will operate within GLPC, supported by technical assistance from TNI for designing mechanisms, guidelines, and mentorship.
**Job Overview:**
The Associate Manager will:
– Support timely planning and execution of the G-SEF Fund.
– Organize and manage events and meetings.
– Collaborate with entrepreneurs and PMU teams to ensure fund allocation and disbursement.
– Coordinate activities between GLPC and The/Nudge Institute.
– Analyze data to provide insights for team needs.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Commerce, finance, public policy, management, or a related field.
– Fluent in Gujarati and English with strong communication skills.
– 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the startup ecosystem.
– Event management experience.
– Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
– A proactive attitude.
