### **Position Overview**
The Associate Manager – Communication and Advocacy will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organization’s communication strategies. This individual will be responsible for ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across internal and external channels. The role requires a dynamic communicator who can effectively manage media relations, develop content, and execute campaigns that enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.

### **Key Responsibilities**
1. **Communication Strategy Development:**
– Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals, brand identity, and key initiatives.
– Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to engage them effectively.
2. **Content Creation and Management:**
– Oversee the creation of diverse content, including press releases, speeches, newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
– Manage content calendars for consistent and timely delivery across platforms.
3. **Internal Communications:**
– Support internal communication efforts by sharing organizational updates, changes, and achievements with employees.
– Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure clear and engaging communication on company policies, events, and news.
4. **Crisis Communication and Reputation Management:**
– Assist in developing crisis communication plans and respond to issues affecting the organization’s reputation.
– Monitor public sentiment and media coverage to identify risks and proactively address them.
5. **Analytics and Reporting:**
– Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives using data to inform future strategies.
– Report on key performance metrics and provide insights to improve communication efforts.
6. **Strategic Communications:**
– Design collaterals such as monthly newsletters, brochures, annual reports, etc., and ensure they are updated.
7. **Online Presence:**
– Manage CSRBOX’s brand presence through NGO portal listings, articles on relevant blogs, and partnerships with agencies.
8. **Offline Marketing & Branding:**
– Cultivate relationships with traditional and online media outlets for co-publishing articles.
– Design press kits and manage press inquiries, writing press releases as required.
9. **Event Support:**
– Design and implement brand representation at events and support programme events.
10. **Measurement and Reporting:**
– Track the effectiveness of communication efforts and prepare reports/presentations on outcomes.

### **Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
– Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Knowledge of media monitoring tools and data analytics is a plus.
