**Job Description: Associate Manager, Corporate Partnership**

**About The/Nudge Institute:**
The/Nudge is an action institute dedicated to building resilient livelihoods and alleviating poverty. We collaborate with women, farmers, tribals, and youth across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion. Partnering with over 15 central and state government bodies, we have reached 25 million Indians through $250M in government funding, impacting 1.25 million people. Our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges have supported over 200 social entrepreneurs, including notable awardees like Forbes 30U30 and EarthShot Prize winners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with the donor-facing team to achieve annual fundraising targets.
– Develop compelling proposals and pitch decks to communicate program impact.
– Conduct market research to gather insights on potential donor partners.
– Maintain and analyze dashboards to track donor pipeline strength.
– Work closely with internal teams (marketing, programs, finance) to ensure high-quality delivery of outcomes.
– Support impactful engagements such as volunteering, leadership participation, and field visits for prospective donors.
**Qualifications:**
– 4-7 years of experience in client-facing pre-sales or fundraising roles, preferably in early-stage organizations.
– Graduate degree (postgraduate preferred).
– Proven ability to work independently, learn quickly, and multitask effectively.
– Track record of exceeding targets and delivering results.
– Strong research, creative, and B2B business development skills.
– Excellent time management, creativity, and attention to detail.
– Superior communication (written & oral), presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and design software.
