**Job Summary:**

CSRBOX seeks a dynamic and resourceful Associate Manager – CSR to plan, execute, and monitor Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in collaboration with the District Magistrate’s office in Mehsana.  This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the CSR landscape, and the ability to effectively collaborate with government agencies and community stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

* **CSR Program Management:** Plan, execute, and manage CSR projects; coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and partners; monitor project progress; prepare budgets and timelines; design and implement new programs; ensure compliance with CSR regulations.

* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build and maintain relationships with district authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders; serve as the primary point of contact for CSR-related inquiries; organize awareness programs and workshops.

* **Reporting & Documentation:** Provide regular updates and reports to senior management; document project outcomes and best practices; prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

* **Impact Assessment & Monitoring:** Track KPIs; conduct site visits and field assessments; implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.

* **Team Collaboration & Mentorship:** Collaborate with the internal CSR team and external partners; provide mentorship to junior team members (if applicable).

**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

* Experience in startups, NGOs, or organizations involved in social responsibility or development initiatives is highly desirable.

* Experience working with government bodies or community-based projects is a significant advantage.

* Strong project management skills.

* Understanding of CSR guidelines and regulatory frameworks.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to build relationships with government agencies and community leaders.

* Analytical thinking and ability to assess project impact.

* Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

* Mandatory fluency in Gujarati (spoken and written).

**Compensation:**  6.60 LPA to 7.20 LPA (depending on experience)
